Knife Pleats

Knife pleat is sharply pressed to make a 180-degree angle. The pleats are all turned in the same direction and can make open-end pleats. 

 

 

Knife pleats are usually popular for skirts as part of student uniforms.

 

- Fabric width is no more than 1520 mm (60 in); fabric length is unlimited.

 

- Fabric width is from 3 mm-35 mm, depending upon the type of fabric.

 

- Depth is from 3 mm-25 mm, depending upon the type of fabric.
